Integrating hospitality and retail tenancies with two levels of residential apartments, Valencia maximises the advantages of medium density development. Sited on a slope descending from a major road frontage, the design situates commercial functions to address the street, while providing residential access from below, striking a sensitive balance of privacy and exposure. The apartments are positioned above the hubbub of the street to enjoy green views across the nearby Lemke Park. Affording inner-city amenity in the outer suburbs, Valencia has been delivered to materially benefit both its residents and the neighbouring community together.
