On a tight 2,200m2 site in Banyo, this scheme features a roughly equal distribution of office and warehouse space. Aluminium-clad portals bring definition to the façade while screening elements break up the building’s mass and simultaneously shelter the offices from Western sunlight. The project models an effective use of a constrained site.
