PURDIE HOUSE

Status: Completed
A modern family home on a 10m wide, 405m2 block of land in the Brisbane inner city suburb of Windsor. The land slopes steeply from the street and the house has dramatic city views to the south. The design makes full use of the entire site whilst maintaining an appropriate scale. The home responds to the sub-tropical Brisbane climate with passive solar and ventilation measures.
