A 1,820m2 warehouse for OneSteel in Ipswich. Sited centrally on the site, the plan allows truck access directly through the warehouse, ensuring ease of access with reduced hardstand requirements. A small ground floor office gives the Southern street-facing façade a more pedestrian scale, with the entries defined by oversized and brightly coloured extrusions.
