A Brendale development featuring 1,800m2 of warehouse and two levels of office space on a corner site for Harnex. Floor-to-ceiling glazing opens the office component to address the corner, while durable finishes allow the project to age well. An outdoor breakout space on the mezzanine level acts like a domestic balcony on an industrial scale, giving the development a qualitative point of difference for Harnex staff.
