Two inner city duplex homes perched on 607 m2 of land on Hamilton Hill. The 3-level houses offer stunning City and river views whilst maximising both natural light and privacy. Large open plan living spaces flow onto outdoor terraces and entertaining areas. A palate of clean, contemporary finishes and colours were used to facilitate low maintenance residences.
