CROSBY PARK

Two residential 7-storey apartment towers opening on to a central courtyard and  fronting Crosby Park in Albion. The project comprises over 100 units, taking advantage of the elevated corner site to open views across the parklands to the city centre beyond.

 

A substantial provision of outdoor communal space sits between the two buildings, bringing generous shared landscaping and natural light into the heart of the site. By separating the built mass into two distinct volumes, the design generates efficiencies in construction while providing all apartments with adjacency to open space.
