This beach house sits along the dune ridge line in Mermaid Beach. Its ground plane floats ever so slightly above these dunes, welcoming the beach delight directly into the living and entertaining spaces. Views are wide and expansive throughout the house but none more profound than the first floor bedrooms which capture uninterrupted views from Surfers Paradise to Coolangatta. Robust and earthy materials allow the house to nestle in with its surroundings.
