A  5,200 m2 building built for the Brisbane Airport Corporation for lease to the Pool Tile Company.

​

The project amalgamated the various arms of the business – connecting the showroom experience with trade pickup, stock storage and manufacturing as well as the office headquarters. Branding was emphasised by integrating corporate colours into the building's facade.
