Located opposite Zillmere State School and five minutes from Robinson Road Marketplace, this centre caters for 152 places on a 3,705m2 site. Husband Architects were engaged to carry out a re-design and construction documentation services on a DA approved scheme. The final agreed brief was to reduce place numbers from 185 to 152. This reduction in intensity resulted in a state-of-the-art centre with improved learning areas for children, increased outdoor play area and a more sensitive interface with adjoining residents.
