A large-format retail development of three buildings. The design incorporates a total of 2,600m2 of lettable area, incorporating a broad scope of uses. The construction techniques and aesthetic language are industrial, with each key tenancy demarcated with a bold accent colour. The site arcs across out towards the road, providing high visibility to the showroom closest to Commercial Drive. In response, its profile is accentuated with a butterfly roof.
