CAMPUS TECHNOLOGY PARK

As the first stage of five in a commercial, industrial and retail masterplan in the Logan suburb of Meadowbrook, the brief called for 12 workstores positioned along the perimeter of a D-shaped site, with a single point of entry. The design was for premium workstores, each with a commercial-quality mezzanine office space. Full-height glazing reinforces the sense of quality in these office spaces, which protrude over the entry of each workstore to give a defined and sheltered entry space. The workstores range from 150-400m2, with mezzanines between 75-150m2.
