Positioned within the rapidly urbanising Chermside corridor, The Brook on Bradbury is an six-storey multi-residential scheme of 32 apartments directly adjacent Bradbury Park. As an urban infill project, the site is unusual as it does not directly bound low-rise residential land, instead neighbouring parkland and a local industrial landmark. Taking advantage of its location, the design is geared towards outdoor living, with generous balconies and terraces as well as outdoor recreation space. Operable screening defines the parkfront aesthetic while enabling occupants control to invite or shield the sun to suit the seasons.
