On a prominent North-facing site in Albion, this six-storey development totals over 2,800m2 of lettable area. Given its position on a highly visible corner, the design implements a strong sculptural quality, breaking the façade into a series of intersecting frames, The open-plan offices are positioned to take advantage of the Northern views, while deep vertical profiles on the Western face provide a sophisticated screen against harsh sunlight. A red portal defines the entry from the street.
